Mike Kelley, Professional Engineer & Class A General Contractor

Mike earned a M.S. Engineering Management, from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, he attended United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a B.S. Engineering, and was a Rhodes Scholar Candidate.

He has licenses as a Professional Civil Engineer, Florida License # 45914, and as a Class A General Contractor, Florida License # 061932.

Mike has vast experience in the following areas:

General Civil: designing and building concrete reservoirs, disposal facilities, landfills, parking lots, potable water wells, water distribution systems, new roads, sanitary sewers, septic systems, subdivisions up to 800 homes, and storm sewers.

Geotechnical: designing and building earthen dams, dredges, foundations, laboratory and field analyses, retaining walls, sheetpiling design, slope stability analysis, soil mechanics; and is a Florida State certified neutral evaluator for sinkhole disputes.

Hydrologic: FEMA floodplain analysis (CLOMR-F), hydrologic cycle modeling, river system modeling, stormwater management.
